Work record on neural circuits that estimate an animal's own movement, especially during visually guided locomotion. Which circuits carry that estimate, what computations they perform, and how activity dynamics implement those computations.

This site is the readable notebook: questions and analyses as marimo notebooks baked with their outputs, figures, the code those analyses share, and short notes as the work proceeds.
